Add an effect to a track

Step by step

1. 01

   Press F3 to show the mixer with the Inserts section turned on.

2. 02

   Click an empty pre-fader or post-fader slot on a channel strip.

   In the plugin browser, search by name or browse Favourites, Recently Used and Built-in, then pick an effect.

4. 04

   Click the insert's name to open its editor, and use its power button to bypass or enable it.
