Lock to incoming MIDI timecode
Follow MTC from a video deck or another workstation with the right frame rate and start time.

Step by step
- 01
On the Sync tab, set Transport follows to MIDI Timecode and choose the Sync input.

Under Timecode, set the Frame rate to match the other machine.
- 03
Enter the Project start, for example 01:00:00:00, and press Return.
- 04
Raise Freewheel (s) if the source has short dropouts.
- 05
Check that the status line shows Locked.
