Monitor with the Control Room

Step by step

1. 01

   Open the Control Room with Studio → Control Room, Window → Control Room or F4.

   Choose a monitor source: Main, Cue 1 to Cue 4, or Ext.

   Set the Monitor level, and click Dim to drop it by the Dim amount (20 dB by default).

4. 04

   Click Mono to check mono compatibility, or L / R to hear one channel only.

5. 05

   These controls affect only what you hear; none of it reaches exports or renders.
