Step by step

  1. 01

    Make sure FFmpeg is installed, for example with brew install ffmpeg on macOS.

  2. 02

    Choose File → Export → Audio to Video….

  3. 03

    Choose MPEG-4 with AAC audio or QuickTime with PCM audio and export.
