Step by step

1. 01

   Note your Oxtave version, macOS version, and the audio device, sample rate and buffer size from the status bar.

2. 02

   Write down the exact steps that cause the problem, starting from a new project if you can.

3. 03

   Describe what you expected and what happened instead.

4. 04

   Attach the latest log from ~/Library/Logs/com.oxtave.app and, after a crash, the newest file in the crashes folder.

5. 05

   If a plugin is involved, add its name, version and format, and check the logs for file paths you'd rather not share.

   Send it from the Feedback page on this site — it goes straight to the issue tracker.
