Import a video to score to picture

Bring an MP4, MOV, M4V or WebM into your project and position it on the video lane.

Step by step

  1. 01

    Choose File → Import → Video… and pick a video file, or drag one from the media browser onto the arrange view.

  2. 02

    Find the video on the video lane, a strip of thumbnails under the ruler.

  3. 03

    Drag the strip to move the video on the timeline.

  4. 04

    Click the strip to move the playhead there.

  5. 05

    Show or hide the lane with Project → Video Track.
