Step through video frame by frame

Step by step

1. 01

   Choose Window → Video Window or press F8.

   Step one frame with the Left Arrow and Right Arrow keys; hold ⇧ to step ten frames.

3. 03

   Set the Frame rate if the detected rate is wrong.

4. 04

   Click the button that moves the video so it starts at the playhead to line up a cue.

5. 05

   Drag the resize handle to change the window size.
