Write notes in the score

Step by step

1. 01

   Press N to pick the Insert notes tool.

2. 02

   Choose a note value with the keys 1 (whole) to 6 (thirty-second).

3. 03

   Press . to toggle a dotted value or T to toggle a triplet.

4. 04

   Click on the staff to add a note of the current value.

5. 05

   Press Escape to leave the Insert tool.
